I am a Certified Professional Life and Recovery coach, who Is passionate about helping women rediscover their life path and recover from substance use disorders and other addictive behaviors. I Am Knowledgeable about all paths of recovery and believe that every individual needs to put together their own patchwork of support. I leverage My 25 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, supporting and counseling My patients with Substance Use Disorders, food challenges and chronic disease management. I coach all ages but have particular interest in treating women during perimenopause and menopause. I am a EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner. I Have been in recovery from alcohol addiction for 8 years.
